At ShipShrink, accessible from https://shipshrink.in (and our official domains), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by ShipShrink and how we use it.

1. 100% Client-Side Processing

We respect your work and product designs. ShipShrink does NOT upload your product photos, logos, or generated catalogs to any server. All image manipulations, border additions, crop/pad logic, and ZIP generation are performed 100% locally in your web browser (using HTML5 Canvas, JSZip, and local database storage like IndexedDB). Your files never leave your device.

2. Information We Collect

When you log in to ShipShrink, we collect basic details via Google Sign-In to manage your account and usage quota:

• Authentication Information: Your name, email address, and profile photo URL are provided securely by Google. We use this to establish your user account.
• Usage Quota & Plan Status: We store the number of free image trials you have used (max 3) and your Premium access status (trial, active, expiry date) in our secure Google Cloud Firestore database.
• Payment Transaction IDs: When you purchase the Premium Access Pass, Razorpay processes your transaction. We only record the transaction status and Razorpay Payment ID to activate Premium access on your Firestore profile. We do not store or have access to your bank details or credit/debit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

• To verify your user session and prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• To monitor and enforce the 3-image trial limit for free tier accounts.
• To activate and manage your 30-day Premium Pass after successful purchase.
• To provide customer support if you encounter transaction or subscription issues.

4. Data Retention

We keep your profile data (email, subscription state, creation timestamp) in Firestore for as long as you maintain an active account with us. You can request account and data deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party integrations which have their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication (Google Login) and user configuration database storage.
• Razorpay: Used as the payment gateway to process premium pass checkouts securely.
